Building Information Modeling (BIM) – LOD 500 | Navisworks Coordination Adonis supported the BIM delivery for a large-scale mixed-use development in Dubai by developing comprehensive LOD 500 Building Information Models to facilitate construction-ready documentation and multidisciplinary coordination. The project involved the integration of architectural, structural and MEP systems within a unified digital environment, ensuring high levels of accuracy throughout the delivery process. As part of our scope, Navisworks was extensively used for model federation, clash detection and coordination reviews, enabling early identification of design conflicts and improving collaboration across project stakeholders. The combination of high-fidelity BIM modeling and coordinated digital workflows enhanced constructability, reduced coordination risks and supported efficient project execution.
